Through an aha moment that our founders had, came the idea that these tiny wonders of earth can fuel the nutrition on our plate. Thus was born the concept of our high protein grain flour, which is made by fermenting grains into complete proteins. 

Our culinary team led by Chef Sebastien Canonne, M.O.F., and food scientists  have perfected the recipe to create the world’s healthiest bread using Equii’s ingredients. Beyond Bread, Team Equii is excited to launch many new high protein  foods like Pasta, Noodles, Snacks, Cakes and Tortillas among others.
