What is EQUII’s return policy?


At EQUII, we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an EQUII product you purchased from EQUII, we’ll send you a replacement product or provide a refund within 45 days of purchase.


Please contact us with your information including name, order number, phone number, mailing address and reason for the return. If it's a manufacturing defect, we require that you send us photos of the damaged/defective product. For full terms and conditions and more information, please see our satisfaction guarantee.



How long will it take for my EQUII to ship?


Tracking information for an order is typically sent within two business days. We pack and ship our bread on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. When your order ships, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with delivery information from the carrier.

Depending on where you're located shipping times are normally 2-3 business days.


Most orders are shipped via FedEx. For the time being, orders shipped within the
contiguous United States are free. We are unable to make shipments to Hawaii,
Alaska, or Puerto Rico currently.

Do you ship internationally?


EQUII is currently only shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S.  


*We have had substantial interest from customers outside of the continental U.S., but we are limited to shipping only for now, due to FDA regulations.  



Do you ship to PO Boxes?


EQUII is not currently shipping to PO boxes.  

Do you offer samples of your products?


At this time we do not have a sample program. However, if you sign up for our
newsletter on our website, you will be the first to know about any promos we are
running.



EQUII SATISFACTION GUARANTEE


At EQUII, we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an EQUII product you purchased from EQUII or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, we’ll send you a replacement product, let you try another product, or provide a refund. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the EQUII Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Guarantee is limited to original, consumer purchases in the
United States. Guarantee requests must be made within two weeks of receiving your original purchase.


How To Claim The Guarantee
If you purchased from equii.com:


To submit a guarantee request, please contact us by emailing info@equii.com. A customer service representative will be back in touch with you within 24 hours. You will be asked to provide your order number and the reason you are unsatisfied with the product. You may also be asked to submit photos of your product or its packaging, or provide other information to assist EQUII in processing your request.


Guarantee Guidelines
EQUII reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where EQUII concludes that the purchaser has abused the EQUII Satisfaction Guarantee. EQUII may amend or terminate the EQUII Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice.
